∎ NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post of Service Supervisor for employment with our prospective clients working in oil and gas industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The service supervisor supervises the service crew and provides assistance to the field operations supervisor. The service supervisor assists in location setup, drill out, and flow back procedures while maintaining a safe work environment.
∎ Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
∎ Operate and troubleshoot choke trailers, accumulators, air compressors, generators, and other related equipment.
∎ Ensure tools, equipment, machinery, and work areas are kept clean.
∎ Supervise rig up and rig down of equipment.
∎ Supervise and assist with assembly, disassembly, inspection, repair and pressure testing of flow back equipment.
∎ Verify that all valves are always properly lined up in order of job function.
∎ Prepare equipment for jobs and load out.
∎ Supervise service operator and helper to make sure that accurate fluid return rates are taken.
∎ Supervise, operate and maintain manifolds, plug catchers and sand knockouts.
∎ Make quick, accurate and informed decisions during operations. '
∎ Assist in performing maintenance and repair work in the field, as well as the yard.
∎ Perform various other job duties as assigned by management.
∎ Oversee that operable fluid levels are maintained in tanks on location.
∎ Mentor service operators and helpers.
∎ Maintain a high standard of housekeeping, good discipline, and respect for peers and superiors.
∎ Maintains constant communication with customer representatives on location.
∎ Responsible for safety of self and others including reporting of all work-related injuries, near misses, equipment damage and unsafe acts as a soon as practicable to management.
∎ Perform accurate monthly inspections on all equipment.
∎ Participate in Safety Observation Card program.
∎ Provide assessments to management on service operators and service helpers.
∎ Complete and send in reports and paperwork timely.
∎ Follow all company policies and procedures.
∎ Have great communication skills.
∎ Be punctual.
