∎ ACI Motors is looking for candidates with B.Sc in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering with intention to develop career in generator service & sales.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure 24x7 service support to customers.
∎ Attend troubleshooting and service maintenance work of diesel generator
∎ Generate sales lead and new customers for generator.
∎ Ensure execution of service promotional activities & demonstration programs.
∎ Provide logistic supports to service field forces.
∎ Prepare monthly service budget and calculate achievements
∎ Plan and execute necessary periodic maintenance and emergency maintenance.
∎ ATS Trouble shooting with clear knowledge about SLD of Power system
∎ Share technical knowledge about the product and perform major/minor overhauling works
∎ Synchronizing works with Diesel Generator, Gas Generator and Mains.
∎ Visit sites and prepare materials checklist for installation of Generator
∎ Visit customers frequently and prepare customer satisfaction index (CSI) reports on after-market support.
∎ Monitor & supervise service team to ensure proper after sales service.
∎ Communicate with principal & field force on product issues PDI feedback.
∎ Prepare analysis/presentations and share customer feedback with higher authority.
∎ Prepare daily, weekly and monthly service activity reports and share with supervisors
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ High communication, interpersonal and social skills.
∎ Sound technical knowledge.
∎ Flexibility to travel extensively.
