Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop & make plan to improve quality of service.
∎ Make proper plan to utilize service manpower & find out gaps of service manpower.
∎ Assist service team to monitor service business & track performance of service team on weekly, monthly & quarterly basis.
∎ Plan to utilize & analyze service as a business.
∎ Develop service reports at a regular and ad-hoc basis.
∎ Visit field regular basis & make plans to develop the procedures of service.
∎ Measure customer satisfaction & make plan to improve satisfaction level.
∎ Analyze competitor service strategy and make plan according to it.
∎ Make a standard operating procedure (SOP) for service team.
∎ Make and assist service head with analysis and presentations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong communication and social skills.
∎ Adapt in MS Office (Specially in MS Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
∎ Willing to build career in automobile industry.
∎ Sound analysis and reasoning skills.
∎ Flexibility to travel extensively.
