Job Context:
∎ Job Location : Dhaka but needs to travel throughout the country as and when required basis.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the Service Management area(s) of Electronics and Electrical Home Appliances
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Day-to-day work judgment
∎ Supervise and Monitoring Service team (Dealers Service) overall Bangladesh
∎ Trouble shooting
∎ Respond immediately to dealers complain and organize team members to make sure quick response is available.
∎ Ensure dealers service requirements has been fulfilled and their satisfaction
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Age Limit - 40 year(s) but flexible for deserving candidates
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Operation & Maintenance, Service/ support
∎ Must have great communication skills.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances
∎ At least 5 year experience in service industry
∎ Employees are experienced from Electronics Company, will be given first preference
∎ Capable to handle total dealer service team.
∎ Working experience of related organization will be given priority
∎ Self-motivated and Performance Oriented
∎ Good Communication Skill to English and Bangla
∎ Computer knowledge must.
