∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Planning, BOQ, Customer focused, Customer Support, Quality Control Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare BOQ for all upcoming projects and make corrections on the ongoing project, where it is needed.
∎ All material cost, labor, and service and share with the finance department for project decision.
∎ Convert the customer requirements in costing analysis and share with supervisor and get the decision and passed to customer care.
∎ Planning, designing, monitoring, and inspecting construction systems and lead the QC Adhoc team consisting of all project supervisor. Visit monthly each project and report to the supervisor according to the checklist.
∎ Advising clients and architects on matters relating to building services.
∎ Making life-cycle decisions about existing systems equipment and the appropriate location of new equipment.
∎ Managing and forecasting spending and ensuring that work is kept to budget.
∎ Meeting manufacturers of building products to learn about the latest products
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Sound understanding of drawing and technical knowledge of the Civil construction Industries.
∎ Good knowledge of the materials of real estate/Apartment business.
∎ 3 years specifically practical knowledge on preparing BOQ.
∎ Person with disability are encouraged to apply
