Job Context:
∎ ACI Motors is one of the most growing subsidiaries of ACI Limited. We have Agricultural Machinery, Infrastructural Development Machinery, Automobiles (Yamaha & Foton) & other machinery in our product line.
∎ ACI Motors is looking for individuals who have at least 2 years of experience in after-sales service in the Agri Machinery industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit customers & provide maintenance and repair works on a timely basis.
∎ Ensure proper services to the customer by managing the service team of the assigned region/territory.
∎ Manage and handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction by providing on-time services.
∎ Arrange service campaigns and ensure service marketing.
∎ Prepare & submit all scheduled reports and expense bills on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication and social skills.
∎ Sound technical knowledge on tractor, harvester, and other agri machinery.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively.
∎ Ability to ride a motorcycle.
∎ Good command over computers.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
