Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science EEE / ETE / IT / CSE
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Installing, configuring and repairing computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners and CCTV camera
∎ Maintaining computer systems, Antivirus and networks
∎ Maintaining CCTV/IP Camera, Bio-metric Finger, Attendances software & Access Control Device
∎ Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
∎ Providing technical support across the company
∎ Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
∎ Ensure timely and accurate delivery of technology products and services
∎ To create a wide variety of graphics products such as newsletters, leaflet, business cards, catalogues, new arrivals, Invitation Card, letterheads etc, Shop Sign, Packaging, Logo Development, Desk Calendars/ Wall Calendars, Diary etc.
∎ Work on different branding solutions: brand and corporate identity, brand support
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Be an acceptable and warm team member.
∎ Excellent know how on Information technology.
∎ Flexible to work extended hour & weekend as & when needed.
∎ Experience of logging and prioritising faults and queries and generation of service reports.
∎ Demonstrated experience of excellent customer service skills and explaining technical problems and solutions in both English and Bangla language.
