∎ ACI Motors has the best dealer network throughout the country and provides world class service support through its nation-wide service centers and dealer points. ACI motors is looking for a competent person to over see service efforts in assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure Smooth daily operation of service & parts sales for motorcycle.
∎ Monitor dealer, authorized service center, local mechanics & local parts shop operation and work on for expansion so that customer can get service & spare parts at their door step.
∎ Communicate with head quarter & assembly section regarding product quality, warranty, operation, promotional activity and daily service activity.
∎ Work on Continuous product development and overcome markets major critical failure.
∎ Maintain relations with local technician, spare parts shop, dealer and other agents to know market situation and competitors activity.
∎ Ensure service & spare parts availability into market for customers.
∎ Visit field frequently to ensure customer as well as field forces & dealer satisfaction

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Candidates MUST have work experience in motorcycle service industry.
∎ Intent to move anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Basic computer skills.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: Negotiable
