∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Service/ support
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Computer Hardware/Network Companies, Importer, Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Repair IT based electronics devices (CCTV camera, Router, DVR, NVR, Speaker, UPS etc);
∎ Receive RMA product, troubleshooting and problem solving;
∎ Maintain database of RMA stock in ERP;
∎ Installation of CCTV camera, NVR, DVR , Router etc;
∎ Provide after sales service of company products;
∎ Provide both indoor & outdoor customer support within lowest possible time;
∎ Prepare report about servicing.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years
∎ Basic knowledge about IT products
∎ Written & verbal communication skill
∎ Conversant with MS Office & MS Excel
∎ Willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Able to work with team spirit.

Salary: Negotiable
