Job Context:
∎ Job Purpose:
∎ Plans, organizes, performs engineering and maintenance activities related to the installation, modifications, troubleshooting, repairs, calibrations and maintenance of pharmaceuticals and lab equipment / system to ensure that they are safe, efficiently, reliable and meet GMP/ regulatory / production requirements at production plant.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Our Engineers support internal and external manufacturing operations remain operational, continuously improve and innovate. With our extensive range of facilities and environments, our Engineers have opportunities across many diverse areas including Pharmaceuticals, Biological, Chemical, Automation, Capital Projects, Maintenance, Safety, Process Development, Technical Services, Utilities and Validation.
∎ Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
∎ Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications.
∎ Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
∎ Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs
∎ and internal service records in a timely manner.
∎ Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
∎ Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they ar e properly calibrated.
∎ Meeting Health and Human Services, Environmental Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
∎ Utilizing the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
∎ Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts, contract renewals
∎ and system sales.
∎ Checking, repairing and serving factory machinery periodically.
∎ Performs testing, commissioning, qualification (IQ, OQ) activities
∎ Performs corrective and preventive maintenance for the electrical systems to ensure efficient running of equipment
∎ Performs calibrations and preventive maintenance on all types of industrial instruments for temperature, pressure, level, flow, RH and analyzers
∎ Performs basic troubleshooting of the PLC, DCS, BMS, EMS and FAS system
∎ Participate in SHE, Business Compliance, GMP and all other compliance-related matters, where applicable.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 1-2 year's experience in pharma and medical equipment
∎ Must have experience in Equipment Maintenance.
∎ Strong desire to gain up to date knowledge on modern biological / Pharmaceutical techniques
∎ and equipment's.
∎ Basic computer literacy is must.
∎ Need to be smart, punctual and honest.
Salary:
∎ TK. 4,20,000 - 6,00,000 (yearly)
