Job Context:
∎ MOTOSERV is a portable service workshop for the Automobile Industry. We provide all types of automobile service to customers` places. We provide all types of genuine spares & parts where customers have the facilities to get sound repair & maintenance service with hassle-free off workshop movement, genuine spares, and complete transparency.
∎ We, MOTOSERV are looking for energetic, hardworking mentality with target oriented candidate with sound knowledge regarding Automobile problem troubleshoot, repair and maintenance service.
∎ JOB LOCATION: SOUTHERN RIDGE / Flat-B3 House-B64 Road-3 Block-B Niketon, Gulshan-1 Dhaka 1212, Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Meet with customer and customer's vehicle and prepare job cards as per customer complain.
∎ Diagnosis car to identify problems.
∎ Estimate the vehicle repair cost and time needed for repairs.
∎ Communicate with the Technician team for effective implementation.
∎ Maintain vehicle service ERP software.
∎ Communicate with supervisor, customer care and sales team for after-sales issues.
∎ Write service orders and descriptions of problems and repairs.
∎ Responsible for Mobile/ On-call servicing for emergencies.
∎ Dealing Hybrid vehicle customers and assist on problem identification & solution.
∎ Any other activities instructed by line management.

∎ Automobile, Mechanical Engineering, Service/ support * The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Group of Companies, Corporate Service, Individual Customer support & Service.
∎ Applicant must have the skill to maintain time estimation of given tasks.
∎ Motivated to play a part in helping the company grow.
∎ A quick grasp of feedback and the ability to communicate ideas effectively.
