∎ MOTOSERV is a portable service workshop for the Automobile Industry. We provide all types of automobile service to customers` places. We provide all types of genuine spares & parts where customers have the facilities to get sound repair & maintenance service with hassle-free off workshop movement, genuine spares, and complete transparency.
∎ We, MOTOSERV are looking for disciplined, energetic, hardworking applicant who have strong ability in sales and marketing in corporate and individual customers in automobile service industry.
∎ We are looking for dedicated hardworking and positive minded team member, so nagging and negative persons no need to apply.

∎ JOB LOCATION: INSIDE DHAKA

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls of potential customers and stakeholders politely and timely with proper etiquettes & professional manner.
∎ Maintain Facebook, Instagram or others digital platforms customers' queries and proper answering.
∎ Prepare customer queries, complaints or problems; records and forward to the concerned department.
∎ Maintain proper documentation of complaint/queries records.
∎ Develop sales strategies & setting sales targets to drive sales growth in the assigned area.
∎ Handle all customers' data according to CRM.
∎ Develop & manage an efficient customer network to improve sales performance
∎ Maintain & increase standards of the customer service
∎ Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales TARGET
∎ Increasing the sales revenue of the existing customer channel network and setup new customer network
∎ Any other jobs assigned by supervisor/HOD related to role.

∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Excellent Communication Skill
∎ Proactive & Quick Learner
∎ Self-Motivated
∎ Punctual & Hard Worker
∎ Expertise in MS Office
∎ Experienced regarding CRM software management.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 11500 (Monthly)
∎ BDT 11500 + Mobile Bill + Sales Commission. Others Benefits as per Company policies.
