Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit customers & provide maintenance and repairing works on timely basis.
∎ Ensure proper services to customer by managing service team of the assigned region.
∎ Manage and handle customer complaints for better service to customers.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction by providing services on time.
∎ Arrange service campaigns and ensure service marketing.
∎ Prepare & submit all scheduled report and expense bills on time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates with experience in Tractor industry will get preference.
∎ High technical knowledge & skills.
∎ Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
∎ Flexibility to work anywhere in Bangladesh.
