Administrative, Service, Technical Service, Troubleshoot hardware and software.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Group of Companies, Multinational Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provides technical support for customers generally via the phone and also on-site whenever it is necessary
∎ Assign and monitor different job & schedule on time to time basis to the SFA
∎ Based on customer query creating job order and closing upon completion with proper solution
∎ Supervise & monitor bill submitted by the Singer Franchise Agents (Third Party) through cross checking with customers
∎ Supervises and advises technicians on proper and efficient maintenance procedures in regards to providing customer service
∎ Interprets hardware and/or software problems for; evaluates problem; recommends equipment to bring into the field; decides whether to repair or replace equipment (whichever is most cost effective);
∎ Claim the RMA (supplier warranty) for LED panel & compressors
∎ Maintains a detailed knowledge of the current refrigeration, television, air condition
∎ Supervises and maintain the ethical practice in the service center
∎ Communicate with business unit managers, wholesale officials, customers and other service center officials for various issues
∎ Perform any job which assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
