∎ BSc Engineering– EEE or ME from any Public or Private Institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Monitoring the works of Singer Franchise Technician and make payment of bill submitted by them after verification;
∎ • Record all financial transactions of the service center and prepare monthly reports.
∎ • Prepare, create & finish the work order in system against all service request of the territory;
∎ • Recommend spare parts replacement and raise claiming through Return Material Authorization (RMA) for led panel & compressors where applicable;
∎ • Providing the technical solution to customer service request;
∎ • Analyze reports and provide recommendations to Regional Service In-charge for the improvement of service operation.
∎ • Visit SFA workshop and customer premises to evaluate service standard and report thereon.
∎ • To execute any job which assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 28 years
