Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with cross functional teams on a regular basis for service software, troubleshooting, dashboard.
∎ Generate ideas and run projects to develop apps to solve business problems.
∎ Coordinate service activities of Yamaha service field force.
∎ Monitor and ensure service delivery process and outcomes to ensure service delivery is efficient and cost-effective.
∎ Communicate with service team to achieve certain goals of the service department.
∎ Collect and analyze data & prepare reports for decision making.
∎ Develop and implement service delivery priorities, strategies and programs.
∎ Coordinate and maintain liaison between the service department and other functional units.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Willingness to perform coordination type jobs.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Interest and experience in anroid based apps development.
∎ Flexibility to travel all over the country.
∎ Passion towards motorcycles.
