Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure contamination control audit (Quality and Safety).
∎ Work with the parent company on Product Quality Issues.
∎ ERP implementation & troubleshooting related to service operation.
∎ Ensure smooth service operation and back-office functions.
∎ Assist the service engineer by providing the critical solution to the problem from the Parent Company.
∎ Assist service engineer / after-sales regarding product improvements provided by the Parent Company.
∎ Assist with the warranty by preparing the service/failure analysis report for the failure.
∎ Investigate the failure to find out the root cause of the failure.
∎ Work with service operations to develop process improvements.
∎ Tools management as per the service demand.
∎ Different types of report preparation as desired by management.
∎ We, a leading power Generation and Electro-Mechanical Company having international collaboration are looking for a dedicated and committed dynamic Service Administrator, who can join and strengthen our existing dynamic Team of Service Division.

∎ Job Role:
