Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in visa counseling.
Responsibilities & Context:
We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Visa Counselor to join our team. If you are good at convincing people, closing sales, and know how visa applications work, this role is for you.
What you will do:
Talk to clients, understand their needs, and convince them to choose our visa services.
Guide clients on different visa types, including Visit Visas, Work Visas, and Migration Pathways.
Help clients prepare their complete visa files, documents, and bank statements step-by-step.
Stay updated on visa rules and immigration policies for first-world countries (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, Schengen, etc.).
Check client profiles carefully to find any issues and suggest the best way to apply.
Guide clients on interview preparation and answer their queries throughout the process.
Job Requirements
Experience: At least 3 years of hands-on experience in visa counseling.
Sales Skills: Strong convincing ability, confidence, and a target-oriented mindset.
Knowledge: Clear understanding of first-world visa processes and document requirements.
Communication: Excellent speaking skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: BDT 15,000 – BDT 50,000 (Based on your experience and skills).
Incentive: Extra commission on every successful client sale.
Earning Potential: Top performers can easily earn up to BDT 80,000+ per month with incentives.
