Job Context & Responsibilities

We are looking for energetic and clear-spoken Call Center Executives to join our team. Both Day Shift and Night Shift positions are available. If you have great communication skills, love helping customers, and want a dynamic work environment, we would love to hear from you!

What you will do:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally to assist clients.

• Listen to customer queries, understand their issues, and provide quick, accurate solutions.

• Explain our products or services clearly to potential clients and drive sales or bookings.

• Maintain clean customer records and log interaction details into the system.

• Follow communication guidelines while keeping conversations natural, polite, and helpful.

• Work collaboratively with team members to hit daily call and performance targets.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of call center experience preferred (Freshers with great English/communication skills are welcome to apply).

• Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work in either the Day Shift or Night Shift based on company requirements.

• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills (fluent in English or Bengali as required).

• Tech Skills: Basic computer knowledge, fast typing speed, and comfort using standard office tools.

• Attitude: Patient, punctual, polite, and confident under pressure.

• Availability: Must be able to join immediately.
