Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Managing all inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
∎ Hand over customer complain to team members and follow up of customer complains.
∎ Verify team member’s site convert information for different campaigns.
∎ Follow up of feedback through WhatsApp/Email ID’s.
∎ Preparation and submission of daily call center activity report.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in call center database in a comprehensive way.
∎ Preparation and submission of reports as per department requirements.
