Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Textile Engineering/ Bachelor in any discipline.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Having Professional Certificate will be added extra advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 14 to 15 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Denim Washing (Dry Process), Denim Washing (Quality), Denim Washing (Wet Process), RMG and Washing Plant
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have adequate experience in handling outside laundries.
∎ Must have knowledge and experience in handling Twill and Denim garment washes.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Dry processes techniques & Wet process recipes.
∎ Must have complete knowledge of Chemicals used in washing.
∎ Will be Responsible for Sampling and bulk washing quality and delivery coordination.
∎ Monitoring washing processes during bulk production.
∎ Should be able to Implement systems & procedures to ensure bulk is achieved same as approved wash standard and as per buyers acceptable quality levels.
∎ Should be able to identify and evaluate washing units.
∎ Must have knowledge of Costing of Bulk Wash recipe.

∎ Good communication in English (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical, technical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to lead the team and appraise & motivate the team members.
∎ Ability to achieve the target within short lead time
