Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for EME work like HVAC, fire protection, detection and alarm system, plumbing, sanitary system, and lift.
∎ Organize, plan, and manage all contractors and vendors to ensure execution of works as per approved design and drawings and also ensure the quality of works as per the technical specifications.
∎ Responsible for joint measurement with contractors for all project-related works and process.
∎ Understanding mechanical and electrical drawings, and technical specifications, to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
∎ Attending & conducting regular meetings with MEP staff and following up on points discussed.
∎ Practice and ensure health, safety, and environment (HSE) management system
∎ Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 89 to 90 years
∎ Candidates should have experience in MEP systems of high-rise building
∎ Candidates from construction companies will be preferred.
∎ Must have very good command over MS office application/Auto-Cad
∎ The ability to work under pressure
∎ Problem-solving skills
Salary: Negotiable
