Job Responsibilities:
∎ Management of construction, monitoring and implementing large construction projects.
∎ Monitoring and follow-up all work progress as per work schedule.
∎ Capability of understanding of architectural plan & design.
∎ Preparing cost estimating and monitoring budget.
∎ To manage the contractors for civil works.
∎ To maintain the whole civil works in project.
∎ Knowledge on AUTO CAD is must.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work independently and to manage multi disciplinary projects simultaneously.
∎ Should have knowledge in MS Office, Auto CAD programs.
∎ Should be able to work long hours to meet deadlines.
∎ Must be stay in Project area or nearby Project.
