Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Structural analysis & Design for our Ongoing and Upcoming projects.(Full Building)
∎ Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and standards in Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
∎ Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD Pro, and other relevant tools.
∎ Monitor all running projects according to Design.
∎ Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure design specifications and safety standards compliance.
∎ Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams to address any structural issues that arise during construction.
∎ Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports.
∎ Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
∎ Ensure that all structural designs and construction practices comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Stay updated with the latest developments in structural engineering and construction technology.
