∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Freshers can not be applied
∎ Minimum of 5 to 6 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably within the architectural or construction industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Engineering Firms, Architecture Firm, Interior Design
∎ Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and standards in Bangladesh.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
∎ Proficiency in structural design software such as AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD Pro, and other relevant tools.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and design structural plans for residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
∎ Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the safety and stability of structures.
∎ Use software tools such as AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD Pro, and other relevant programs for structural design and analysis.
∎ Collaborate with architects and other team members to integrate structural designs with overall project requirements.
∎ Coordinate with contractors and construction teams to ensure adherence to design specifications and standards.
∎ Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
∎ Provide technical guidance and support to construction teams to address any structural issues that arise during construction.
∎ Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, and reports.
∎ Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
∎ Ensure that all structural designs and construction practices comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
∎ Stay updated with the latest developments in structural engineering and construction technology.
