Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Nursing
∎ Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the NICU and ICU, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
∎ Monitor patients' vital signs, administer medications, and perform necessary medical procedures as per established protocols.
∎ Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
∎ Assess and evaluate patients' conditions, promptly identifying any changes or deterioration in health.
∎ Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including medical histories, nursing care plans, and progress notes.
∎ Educate and support patients and their families regarding their condition, treatment options, and self-care techniques.
∎ Follow infection control protocols and ensure adherence to hospital policies and procedures.
∎ Provide guidance and support to junior nursing staff, promoting a positive work environment and fostering professional growth.
∎ Participate in continuing education programs and stay updated with advancements in nursing practices.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
∎ Proven experience in NICU and ICU nursing, preferably in a hospital setting.
∎ Strong knowledge of critical care nursing practices, including ventilator management and advanced life support.
∎ Excellent clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
∎ Proficient in using medical equipment and technology related to NICU and ICU patient care.
∎ Good understanding of infection control protocols and patient safety standards.
∎ Demonstrated ability to handle critical situations with calmness and efficiency.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
