Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)
∎ Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering or a related field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance) and report on project status regularly.
∎ Prepare specifications, detail drawings, cost estimation, and analysis from drawings and plans
∎ Estimating the cost of a project, including materials, labour, and other costs, as well as Maintain project expenditure control to avoid cost overruns.
∎ Day-to-day site management, including supervising and monitoring site contractors and vendors to maintain project control.
∎ To review project progress at various stages and provide guidance to relevant staff to complete the project on time.
∎ Be knowledgeable and skilled in all types of finishing work.
∎ Capable of creating and maintaining a project work bar chart.
∎ Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
∎ Project management and supervision abilities
∎ Decision-making and leadership abilities
∎ Time management and organization abilities
∎ Any other responsibilities assigned by management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have Proven working experience as a Project Engineer.
∎ Proven 2-3 years in following industry Interior Design Architecture & Planning, Real Estate, Developer, Engineering Firms, Consulting Firms.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Formulating and reviewing design, Project Management.
∎ Highly organized, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
∎ Strong knowledge of project management software tools, procedures, and processes.
∎ Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure compliance throughout site operations.
∎ Ability to function well in a high-paced and stressful environment.
∎ Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor and coach junior staff.
∎ Flexibility to work extended hours if needed.
