∎ We are looking for a responsible Project Engineer who will oversee all technical disciplines involved in projects You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality from start to finish.

∎ Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, and personnel performance) and report on project status regularly. Prepare specifications, detail drawings, cost estimation, and analysis from drawings and plans Estimating the cost of a project, including materials, labour, and other costs, as well as Maintain project expenditure control to avoid cost overruns. Day-to-day site management, including supervising and monitoring site contractors and vendors to maintain project control. To review project progress at various stages and provide guidance to relevant staff to complete the project on time. Be knowledgeable and skilled in all types of finishing work. Capable of creating and maintaining a project work bar chart. Ability to work with multiple discipline projects Project management and supervision abilities Decision-making and leadership abilities Time management and organization abilities Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
