Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To oversee after sales service activities of commercial vehicle in assigned regions and ensure customers' satisfaction.
∎ To train, develop, and monitor the technicians in the assigned region.
∎ To communicate regularly with customers and ensure maintenance and product related supports.
∎ To make frequent field/ customers visit to ensure customers' satisfaction level.
∎ To monitor service activities at dealer points and ensure the services level as per standards.
∎ To arrange service campaigns and initiate service marketing activities.
∎ To support marketing and sales team in events, campaigns and other marketing programs.
∎ To oversee spare parts sales in the assigned region.
∎ ACI Motors is looking for experienced engineering graduate who will ensure the proper after sales services of commercial vehicle – Foton in the assigned territory.
