- Ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction at all times
- Guide and support junior waiters during service hours
- Handle customer complaints politely and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area
- Coordinate with kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations
- Follow restaurant policies, service procedures, and safety standards
