Educational Requirements:
∎ Any candidate graduating from Civil Engineering is eligible to apply but BUET graduate will have preference.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Forming plans, maneuvers & strategy to lead resident engineering team
∎ Field supervision in ground treatment, land reclamation, bank protection etc.
∎ Monitoring quality assurance and reporting field works
∎ Assisting clients & contractor to conduct project management when necessary
∎ Reporting to the Consulting Team at head office in Dhaka

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 15 years working experience in field level project management and quality assurance
∎ Experience in coastal project management is preferable
∎ Should be capable of managing huge work load
∎ Participants having working experience with foreign contractors will be given preference
∎ Good communication skills

Salary:
∎ The salary will be handsome enough and negotiable according to candidate`s competency.
