Job Context:
∎ We are one of the Growing Construction Company / Engineer Firm / Groups of Companies in Bangladesh.
∎ We are looking for a good competent Senior Quantity Survey Engineer willing to work anywhere in Bangladesh , priority in Chitagong and Coxbazar
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reports to the Project Manager/Higher Management of Head office.
∎ Identifies all material requirements, sources etc.
∎ Conducts qualifications test for source approval.
∎ Monitor program cost activity to achieve an in-budget result.
∎ Checking of Reconciliation for all Major materials like steel, cement, Stone, Concrete and any others materials with approved mix designs.
∎ Client billing Invoice submitting with all relevant As-built documents timely submit to concerned department.
∎ Preparing the actual rate analysis for major items every month.
∎ Preparation of Cost Impact Addition & Omission for Changes of design drawing and Quantity Variation & Claims submitting to Concern department/Consultant on in time.
∎ Preparing actual cost work done Sub Con Vs Payroll comparison statement every month.
∎ Any Special Assignment related to the role time to time.
Salary: Negotiable
