Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc. Engineering (Chemical) /B.Sc. in Microbiology /B.Sc. in Chemistry from any reputed Public University/Private University.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure compliance with Arla Global QEHS manual in all sort of QEHS activities at site.
∎ Ensure verification of Quality test report, HACCP inputs, EHS data in Arla global tools and SAP.
∎ Co-ordinate with shop floor team on daily basis to ensure completion of day to day activities on time.
∎ Ensure regular line round across the factory to check overall GMP, Food safety & hygiene status.
∎ Lead & manage daily QEHS observation closer via cross functional alignment.
∎ Review online data & monitoring, consumer complaint investigation's, prepare report & communicate with cross-functional team
∎ Attend daily review meeting & update QEHS KPI & communicate with cross function a team
∎ Co-ordinate with production team investigate any non-conformity, critical near miss etc. thorough GSTD, RCA & CAPA.
∎ Support site QEHS functions on projects, NPD, data management & other cross functional activities with supply chain, marketing, food service & sales team.
∎ Ensure online document management via site QEHS teams group align with shop floor team etc.
∎ Ensure departmental change management through MOC procedure with proper communication & collaboration with cross-functional team
∎ Overall monitoring of the third-party pest control activity on the plant.
∎ Responsible for accuracy and timely inspection/calibration of monitoring and measuring devices.
∎ Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product (service) quality
∎ Prepare internal SOP's, WI, report template based on Quality & Safety Standards.
∎ Manage the monitoring, measurement, and review of internal processes, especially those that affect the quality & food safety of the organization's products.
∎ Handle ISO 9001:2015, FSSC 22000 audit conducted by third party certification body at site.
∎ Handle Arla Foods global QEHS audit on specific requirements mainly on EHS part.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Collaboration with factory cross-functional team for day to day work of QEHS function to support business.
∎ Collaboration with sales, marketing, regulatory etc. team to ensure necessary business support.
∎ Ensure verifications of laboratory testing procedure (Physical, chemical and microbiological) conducted by lab-assistants and supervisors.
∎ Ensure strong communication with global QEHS team to support business and attend meetings/workshops.
∎ Ensure data input in Arla Global Platform like LIA, UL360, ONE CI etc.
∎ Ensure Non-conformity, Correction & corrective actions for identified gaps.
∎ KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
∎ At least 2-3 years' experience in production or quality functions in Chemical/FMCG industry.
∎ Should have knowledge on specific product and technology know-how.
∎ Should have strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Good knowledge on ISO 9001:2015 standard, FSSC 22000, Food Safety & HACCP
