∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Top supervision of all under construction projects of the company.
∎ Develop and execute policy in different functional areas of department of Engineering (If required).
∎ Focus on precise, timely and proper manner for relevant official correspondence to meet business purpose (as and when required).
∎ Supervision of day to day works of the assigned project(s) to accomplish all sort of necessary tasks.
∎ Keep focus on working drawing (Structural, Architectural, Electrical & Plumbing) & ensure actual progress of the project accordingly.
∎ Drive staffs of the project and make sure expected progress of the concern subcontractor(s) works.
∎ Checking of material purchase requisition as per the set standard of the assigned project.
∎ Look after all necessary MPR, PO, MRR, Invoice, Subcontractors bills, attendance issue of the project staffs etc.
∎ Ensure appropriate quality of the construction project(s) as per specification.
∎ Maintain appropriate liaison with landowner, clients or their representative (Architect/Engineer/Surveyor).
∎ Maintain close relationship with all concerned units/ departments/ institutions/ Government bodies to ensure smooth operation.
∎ Being on the construction site constantly in order to ensure that set standards are followed.
∎ Collect, preserve & have clear concept of all approved drawing, design, specifications.
∎ Ensuring that the construction work is completed in time and that the set budget.
∎ Ensuring that the reports records, time sheets and invoices are approved by the construction authorities.
