∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, implementing, estimation, and execution of finishing items like stone, tiles, false ceiling, external development, painting, and finishing items.
∎ To carry out technical supervision of ongoing finishing work at the site
∎ Coordinate with project architects and engineers
∎ Contractor's performance management
∎ Monitor adequacy of contractor's resources, materials, and equipment
∎ Supervise contractor’s work quality and compliance with design documents & codes
∎ Track monthly progress of schedule and prepare next month's forecast schedule
∎ Conduct delay analysis & take appropriate corrective action
∎ Implement quality control procedures on site
∎ Ensure HSE procedures on site and accident-free working
∎ Ensure proper documentation at the site
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 7-10 years’ experience in real-estate/construction/relevant industry
∎ Very good technical knowledge of civil works: materials, workmanship
∎ Ability to review drawings and use AutoCAD
∎ Good organization skills
∎ Proficient in MS Word
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills (written & spoken)
∎ Ability to prepare Minutes of Meeting
