∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering form reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ 7 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the Construction Manager in the overall management, coordination and control of the project.
∎ Coordination with project architects and engineers (check and comment construction drawings prepared by designers).
∎ Provide scheduling inputs for master programme, analyzing delays and taking corrective action
∎ Supervise contractors work progress on site and monitor adequacy of resources and equipment
∎ Supervise contractors work quality and compliance with design documents & codes
∎ Manage interfaces on site between contractors
∎ Implement Quality Control procedures on site
∎ Project Scheduler, Quality deliverables within schedule and budgeted cost. Interface for all technical (coordinate also with Façade Consultant-Architect-Contractor for preparation of Façade Shop Drawing) and commercial issues. Project Progress Reporting to the management i.e. Deliverable status, % of Progress, Cost Performance, Schedule Performance, Resource Requirement etc.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 7-8 years’ experience in the building construction industry in a supervisory position
∎ Experience on projects with high standard of finishes
∎ Good ability to read & review drawings, and communicate with designers
∎ Knowledge of occupational health & safety regulations in India
∎ Good command of English and ability to write minutes of meting
∎ Proficient with MS Word and Excel
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills, and good reporting skills with management
