Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public University. (Preferable –BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET, IUT, AUST, MIST etc.)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Management
∎ Manage construction site and timely execution of project
∎ Preparation of WBS & Resource plan as per targets set by Management using MS Project
∎ Manage workers and the contractors to get best output from them
∎ Planning & Coordination
∎ Planning of work and use of materials to minimize wastage of materials
∎ Coordinate with consulting Architect & Engineer for efficient and smooth functioning of projects
∎ Coordination between Management/HOP and Project site
∎ Coordination with Supply Chain Management for smooth procurement process
∎ Coordinating with Customer Service (CSD) and Planning & Coordination Team (P&C) for smooth implementation for projects
∎ Coordinating with Quality Team for attaining SHL standard
∎ Coordinating with Accounts & Finance and Audit department for smooth bill payment
∎ BOQ & Estimation
∎ Budgeting and Estimating, their proper application to projects and control at site
∎ Updating BOQ in the ERP as per site requirements
∎ Quality Control
∎ Ensure quality works and quality product & authentication/certification of bills
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management
∎ Checking and verifying materials received in the site
∎ Ensuring construction work as per SHL Quality manual
∎ Project Improvement
∎ Train and supervise technical and non-technical Jr. staffs of the project
∎ Time to time compare the actual work done against planned and take necessary action to maintain the work schedule of the project
∎ Documentation & Billing
∎ Authorize and verify all kind of bills.
∎ To record a detailed history of the construction works and & check the regular progress of works against the program
∎ To maintain of all type of site documents, reports, drawing and other papers in an organized way
∎ Site Safety & Cleanliness
∎ To ensure site safety and health hazard as per the SHL manual
∎ Ensuring the construction site neat and clean
∎ Others
∎ Other duties relating to Construction Management assigned by the Management time to time
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-4 Years (Candidate must have experience in real-estate industry).
