Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from any reputed Public University. (Preferable -BUET, CUET, RUET, KUET, IUT, AUST, MIST, SUST etc.)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Project Management:
∎ Manage construction site and timely execution of project work as per WBS
∎ Resource planning using MS Project
∎ Manage workers and the contractors to get best output from them
∎ Train and supervise technical and non-technical Jr. staffs of the project
∎ Ensure site safety and health hazard as per the SHL manual
∎ Ensuring neatness and cleanliness of construction site
∎ Planning & Coordination:
∎ Planning of work and use of materials to minimize wastage
∎ Coordinate with Supply Chain Management for smooth procurement process
∎ Coordinate with Customer Service (CSD) and Planning & Coordination Team (P&C) for smooth implementation for projects
∎ Coordinate with Quality Team for attaining SHL standard
∎ Coordinate with Accounts & Finance and Audit department for smooth bill payment
∎ Quality Control:
∎ Ensure quality works and quality product
∎ Ensure overall quality control in the projects as per the standard set by management
∎ Check and verify materials received at site
∎ Ensure construction work as per SHL Quality manual
∎ BOQ & Estimation:
∎ Budgeting and Estimation with proper application to projects and control at site
∎ Update BOQ in the ERP as per site requirements
∎ Documentation & Billing:
∎ Authorize and verify all kind of bills.
∎ Record a detailed history of the construction works and & check the regular progress of works against the program
∎ Maintain all type of site documents, reports, drawing and other papers in an organized way
∎ Others:
∎ Other duties relating to Construction Management assigned by the Management time to time
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule
Additional Requirements:
∎ 2-6 Years (Candidate must have experience in real-estate industry).
