Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Accurately estimate materials, labor, and other costs for large-scale interior construction projects. Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
∎ Estimate and requisition materials based on project budgets and design requirements. Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials to maintain project timelines and budget constraints.
∎ Oversee interior construction activities, ensuring that work meets design specifications and quality standards. Prepare and review bills, manage subcontractors, and ensure adherence to project requirements.
∎ Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior construction work, ensuring alignment with project plans and design objectives. Prepare and maintain official project documents and reports.
∎ Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD (2D and 3D) and Revit Architect to create detailed interior design plans and structural designs. Ensure that design concepts are effectively implemented during construction.
∎ Review and verify the work volume and bills submitted by various contractors. Regularly communicate with management regarding work progress and any issues related to interior construction.
∎ Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including management and contractors. Ensure that all project-related documents are accurately drawn and maintained.
∎ Travel frequently to visit various construction sites and project locations outside of Dhaka, ensuring that all aspects of the interior design and construction are on track.
∎ As an Interior Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our design and construction projects, ensuring that interior engineering principles are seamlessly integrated with architectural and design visions. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile interior design projects and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of architects, designers, and contractors.
