∎ At least 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Pharmaceutical Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Providing support in developing annual marketing plan comprising innovative strategies, ensure sustainable growth and profitable business of assigned brands;
∎ Transforming strategies into creative and effective promotional mix to attain brand leadership, customer loyalty & team motivation;
∎ Monitoring and doing follow-up with sales team to ensure the implementation of strategies as well as timely and properly utilization of key promotional materials and tactics;
∎ Managing budget for advertising and promotional items;
∎ Cultivating and maintaining long term and value based relationship with the country's KOLs & KBLs;
∎ Exploring market activities with special emphasis to competitors' activities and propose effective strategy to gain market share;
∎ Providing support in conducting annual and quarterly strategic meetings for sales team;
∎ Providing leadership support in developing marketing team and Sales Force to improve their product knowledge.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
∎ Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
∎ Problem-solving and business analysis skills.
∎ Knowledge of the product development process and project management skills.
∎ Years of experience can be relaxed for exceptionally talented individuals.
