Experience:

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT)
• Master of Physiotherapy (MPT)
• Diploma in Medical Technology

• Bachelor’s Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) – mandatory
• Master’s Degree in Physiotherapy (MPT) – preferred
• Valid professional registration/license from the relevant authority

• 5 to 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Medical Equipment

• Age 30 to 45 years

• Minimum 5–8 years of clinical physiotherapy experience
• At least 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role preferred
• Experience in hospital or advanced rehabilitation settings will be an advantage

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled, motivated, and experienced Physiotherapist to head our Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for clinical leadership, patient care excellence, team supervision, and the implementation of evidence-based physiotherapy practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and mentor the physiotherapy team
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide advanced physiotherapy interventions for musculoskeletal, neurological, orthopedic, and post-operative cases
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and safety standards
• Coordinate with doctors, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, training, and workshops
• Contribute to departmental planning, protocols, and service development
