Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall responsibility of hospital medicine store and ensure medicine stock management for the assigned warehouse
∎ Maintaining medicine supply chain: analyze demands, prepare regular forecasts, calculate replenishment orders and initiate timely procurement request accordingly
∎ Develop a software for medicine and supplies management system
∎ Ensure online medicine and other consumable records are available and disseminate reports timely.
∎ Manage medical stocks ensuring security and maintenance
∎ Take timely measures to avoid stock-out and expiry of medicines and supplies
∎ Outdoor & indoor medicine distribution and record maintenance: ensure timely reporting on stock status.
∎ Make sure that the warehouse medical commodities stored under a proper storage condition
∎ Ensure medicine receiving and dispatching according to guidelines/SOPs.
∎ Keep all the warehouse records/documents and inventory accurate and up to date.
∎ Coordinate with authority (Hospital Superintendent) and support to Storekeeper in ensuring Quality Assurance in medicine, equipment and other supply chain management.
∎ Maintain statistics and indicators in order to monitor performance, risk assessment, workload management and communicate to relevant parties.
∎ Perform such other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum ten years of experience in Pharmacy specially in government system at secondary or tertiary hospitals
∎ Knowledge and understanding of computerized information systems Knowledge and experience of working in public health sector in humanitarian crisis will be an added advantage.
∎ Previous work in Government health system will add value to the position.
∎ Working experience in Cox's Bazar district and/or knowledge of the Undocumented Myanmar Nationals and Rohingya refugees will be a plus.

Salary:
