Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Commerce
∎ Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in any discipline (preferably commerce).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Commercial, Local Purchase

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • LC/TT documentations
∎ • Assist in managing and following up overseas purchases orders.
∎ • Correspondence with bank
∎ • Follow up shipment schedule.
∎ • Follow up the factories, Suppliers, Bank, Shipping Line, Transport, C&F agent, Forwarder.
∎ • Supervise the overall activities of the shipment store once goods are ready to dispatch from the shipment store.
∎ • Coordinate with suppliers (Foreign/Local) to ensure on-time delivery.
∎ • Checking transport Bill, CNF Bill and h/o to related department on time
∎ • Collect purchase orders and purchase requisitions from the concern department.
∎ • Collect Quotations, Prepare Comparative Statements and Work Order/Management Approval.
∎ • Purchase goods from local markets and when required.
∎ • Ensure the best quality materials with economical rates within the budget.
∎ • Ensure quality/standards of all raw materials as per specifications.
∎ • Develop alternative sources of supply & smart supplier's database.
∎ • Monitor deliveries against the orders.
∎ • Receive and check the invoice.
∎ • Deal with non-supplied, under orders, over orders and damaged goods.
∎ • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly purchase report to the management.
∎ • Keep record of all supplier’s contract and product price.
∎ • Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.
∎ • Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.
∎ • Coordinate with user departments and stores.
∎ • Settlement of purchase Bill and C&F etc. bills with Accounts dept.
∎ • Any other task assign by the Management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication and report writing skill.
∎ Ability to take a proactive approach to overcome challenges and achieve results
∎ Hard-working, Versatile, tenacious and people orientated
∎ Result orientated and confident
∎ Must have sound knowledge in operating Computer especially in MS Excel and MS Word.
