Job Context:
∎ • Should have sound knowledge of commercial aspects.
∎ • Must be good in English writing and speaking.
∎ • Should be conversant in Microsoft Excel and Word.
∎ • Must have able to work under extreme pressure and work load.
∎ • The applicants from Footwear or Garments industry will get extra preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Must have sound and practical knowledge on all kind of LCs ( At Sight, UPAS, Deferred etc) and TT related Documents, Banking and insurance function.
∎ • Sound knowledge about Import procedure, Principal communication-documentation and customs clearance.
∎ • Must have sound knowledge on LC amendment, endorsement, and acceptance and about H. S. Codes. etc.
∎ • Checking PI & Invoices, Packing list & other related documents for Export/importing of goods.
∎ • Must have to prepare import consignments statement for report to management.
∎ • Shipment schedule follow-up with Beneficiary, Transporters, Shipping Agent and C&F Agent etc.
∎ • Handle all banking and corresponding with bank and other regulatory concern regarding LC/TT or other commercial related activities.
∎ • Able to follow up shipping documents endorsement from Bank and send to C&F with others documents.
∎ • Follow up the LC/TT payment disbursements with beneficiary and banks.
∎ • Sorting and preparing C&F bills.
∎ • Maintain liaison with import relevant fields such as Board of Investment, Customs, VAT, CCI & E etc.
∎ • Capable to communicate Customs, Bond, Export, Import, C&F, Shipping line, Association and other statutory authorities.
∎ • Keep close Communication with the C&F agents for shipments releasing and troubleshooting.
∎ • Will have to communicate with Factory responsible for safely receiving of import materials and proper documentations.
∎ • will communicate with Buyer, Bank, Forwarder/Shipping Line, C&F & Transport independently as well as highly experienced in mail communication
∎ • Should have good knowledge about Port and Customs operation.
∎ • As and when required, have to do local purchase and establish solid base of suppliers, vendors & service providers for supplies, spares, raw materials et in the factory.
∎ • Analyzing PR (Purchase Requisitions), Preparing CS (Comparative Statement), and Issuing of PO (Purchase Orders), execute commercial terms and vendor agreement;
∎ • Capable to work in ERP software.
∎ • Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
