Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support to function manager for establishing and continually improvement of the quality management system (QMS) through establishing documented standard operating procedures (SoPs), Work Instruction, Process instruction etc.
∎ Support to establishing a Quality Culture at work places focusing on customer satisfaction, reducing the cost of poor quality and establishing process/ system to maintaining standard quality in different points/levels of raw material sourcing to finished products processing.
∎ To conduct scheduled/ unscheduled internal QMS/process audits in all processes as assigned by line manager to verify the effectiveness/ compliance of management system.
∎ To support in conducting training & development of the quality management culture to members and facilitators and problem-solving techniques for continual improvement of people skill, product/service quality etc.
∎ To analyze & report to line manager on the performance of the QMS and any need for continual improvement of processes.
∎ To follow-up with respective process owners; that evidence of corrective and preventive actions are taken, recorded and reviewed.
∎ To schedule and arrange the management meeting, writing meeting minutes, and preserve for the next action.
∎ Train and manage a team of quality control technicians and use relevant quality tools and make sure managers and other staff understand how to improve the business.
∎ Aware people on following document & record management according to the procedure for the identification, storage, protection, retrieval, retention time and disposition of documents.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
