∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Battery, Storage cell, Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning of production activities, machine maintaining schedules, worker schedules etc.
∎ Ensure receiving and delivery schedules (production activities) are followed accurately.
∎ Ensure production quality as per company's standard through proper monitoring.
∎ Planning of new manpower recruitment, monitor & utilization them for maximum productivity.
∎ Coordinate with admin department for day to day operation and maintain shift personnel.
∎ Responsible to follow different kinds of SOP's and strong implementation.
∎ Analyze workers requirements.
∎ Maintain security and safety system as per industrial law.
∎ To coordinate with others department and ensure good teamwork.
∎ Good skill in ERP operation
∎ Any other task assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Experience in personnel management and shift operation handling
