Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Supply Chain Management
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: PGD in (SCM)
∎ Skills Required: Multinational Companies, Pharmaceuticals, Production in Printing and Packaging Industry.

∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Demand Planning, Distribution/ Supply Chain Management, Raw material planning, Store Inventory and Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry), Multinational Companies, Packaging Industry, Pharmaceuticals
Job Context:
∎ Must have sound knowledge in SAP (Material Management) Planning software.
∎ Job Location will be in New Eskaton, Dhaka
∎ Must ensure stay with the Company for a minimum of 3 Years.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fully understand the key planning parameters (Lead time, Lot Size Reorder Point, Planning Cycle, Supply Reliability, Demand Variability).
∎ Should have knowledge in both MRP and SAP software as you will use both in the material planning process.
∎ Closely monitor demand forecast, review forecast accuracy and make adjustments to align with RM planning.
∎ Ensure and make SOP to keep the material planning jobs in line.
∎ Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecast, budgets, and business strategies.
∎ Address demand-supply related acute issues timely and effectively that affect production.
∎ Monitor inventory levels against agreed target levels.
∎ Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions.
∎ Day to day order management and management of deliveries.
∎ Monitor the integrity of the bill of materials (BOM) and manage inventory accuracy.
∎ Ensure high raw material inventory turn and lowest inventory stock.
∎ Interact with sales and marketing, corporate SCM, site store, corporate foreign and local procurement Team for effective raw material planning.
∎ Analyze short shelf time and slow-moving material and ensure its alternative use.
∎ Follow up new product development-related materials status in coordination with both product development Team and procurement Team.
∎ Day-to-day supply follow-up with corporate SCM, site SCM team, and site S&D.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 29 to 38 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in MS Excel and Powerpoint.
∎ Experienced in SAP MM operation.
∎ Quick problem-solving ability.
∎ Expert in email communication.
∎ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Able to work in a team.
∎ Possessing a positive attitude.
∎ Must ensure stay with the company for at least 3 years.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 (Monthly)
