Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fair understanding of architectural, structural, plumbing & electrical drawings.
∎ Take field measurement and calculate the quantities of items of work.
∎ Supervise construction and civil maintenance works.
∎ Prepare bills and write Measurement Books.
∎ Ensure quality, safety and monitor and peruse progress of the works.
∎ Ensure all works as per drawings and specifications.
∎ Reduce wastage of materials and supervise the consumption of materials in proper way at work place.
∎ Carry out any other responsibilities as advised by the management time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Understanding tender document, drawings, specifications, three phase electricity
∎ Hard working and ability to work under pressure with good personality
∎ Responsible for achieving progress, willing to stay at the site
∎ Should be proactive and ready to work prolong hours
∎ Should be familiar with MS Office and AutoCAD.
Salary: Negotiable
