Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work with the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and sanitation of the premises
∎ Manage the monthly roaster of cleaning personal effectively & efficiently
∎ Conducting & monitoring the scheduled periodical cleaning task
∎ Conducting monthly & yearly training program for the cleaners & supervisors to provide good quality services
∎ Monitoring & maintaining inventory levels of cleaning supplies and ordering supplies as needed
∎ Monitoring the Pest Control Services
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 2 to 4 years in a professional cleaning company
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and adaptable at building relationships with different stakeholders
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in Bangla and English
∎ Proficiency in MS Office and the use of Internet
∎ Ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues is essential
∎ Experience of using initiative and creativity to resolve problems, identifying suitable solutions and opportunities for improvement
∎ Flexible approach to work and positive response to changing requirements
∎ Ability to work collaboratively across departments and service areas
