Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Pharmacy (M.Pharm), Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
∎ Post graduation of any Biological Science will also be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop growth strategy focused both on financial gain & customer satisfaction
∎ Prepare yearly business plan & Promotional budget as well as yearly achievement plan.
∎ Management of online marketing and research for increasing the value of current customers and attracting new ones
∎ Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
∎ To ensure all social media communications activity (i.e., website, online/Facebook, YouTube etc. activity) with marketing and other strategic campaigns.
∎ Initiate, plan and implement online and social media campaigns.
∎ Develop & analysis the revenue & find out the new business area.
∎ Preparing promotional materials conduct promotional events and maintain all the marketing related work for Diagnostic and Hospital.
∎ Conduct various market surveys and generate reports on findings'.
∎ Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
∎ Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data
∎ Submit to the top management yearly & half yearly business plan implementation report
∎ Comparative analysis, analyze different packages & prepare the new one with proper costing.
∎ Other functions relevant to develop business & market
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate having experience in hospital will get preference.
∎ Excellent Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
